I actually know absolutely nothing about that graphics card other than that it's PCI-E, supports DirectX 9, and comes in 128mB and 256mB memory sizes in both 64bit and 128bit memory architecture flavours (but no 256bit).
At £60, it also seems to be near the bottom of the barrel, ultimate budget cards range. I can't imagine that it'll be any good, probably won't even run Guild Wars very well from what I've read so far.
I'll be back when I've done more research.

Personally, i don't touch these low end cards with a Barge Pole. I would rather spend twice the money and get a card that is going to last me a few years, than pay for something that I have no idea what it's going to run, or if it's going to run anything at all well, and that's normally the case with these cards.
They are major chop downs of there high end brothers, and so sliced up to reduce costs, i think they cause more problems than they solve.
Go check out some reviews on the web for X300 cards. They are not difficult to find, and many Hardware, even some game websites have these reviews or links to them.
Here is one review i picked out quickly. No idea what it says, but gives you an idea how quick they are to find.

Ya know, on the right system, these x300s aren't bad. I had one that I was temporarily using while I was waiting for my x800XL to come in stock and I could play GW at 1280x1024 pretty decently (no AA but all other effects at med to high). Its not a bad choice if you are on a budget and the rest of your system is capable of picking up the slack.

Well, if it costs £60, it'll be ok, lol, my ATI Sapphire Radeon 9250 I use runs Guild Wars amazingly cool and great graphics, and it was £40 from www.ebuyer.com .
And the ATI PCI Express Radeon X300 is £35ish on Ebuyer, lol after checking, so it might not be good but whatever.

I have this card in my system and it works just fine if not better than my old Graphics Card with Guild Wars.

It will work fine, but probably not with maxed out graphics at a high resolution.

As other said - it will work with the game, but don't start complaining when you can't run it at a decent resolution with maxed settings. The x600PRO (1.3x the price of x300) and x700 (1.5x the price of x300) would probably be better choices. Then there's always the nVidia 6600GT which blows all of these out of the water and costs roughly 2.5x the price of the x300.
